Ticket Channel TV Widget

The Ticket Channel on Yahoo! Connected TVs!

The Ticket Channel has developed a TV widget application that enables you to purchase tickets to live events - sports, concerts, theatre - using your television remote control through Yahoo! Connected TVs manufactured by partners such as Samsung, Sony, LG and Vizio.

How It Works

Using the remote control users access the Ticket Channel TV Widget in the widget library while watching TV.



The Ticket Channel Widget home screen provides the parent event categories for selection.



Subsequent screens provide more specific event child-categories which provides a list of events within.



When specific event is selected the user will have the option to Buy Tickets, Watch Videos and Download Music (Concerts & Theater Only).


After selecting "Buy Tickets" the user inserts their email address whih is followed by a confirmation message with instructions to complete purchase .
